Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our facility, ensuring the highest level of care and services are provided to our residents. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement care plans for residents in accordance with their individual needs - Manage and supervise staff members to ensure quality care is delivered - Uphold resident rights and maintain a safe and respectful environment - Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and financial acumen - Coordinate with medical professionals for medication administration and healthcare needs - Provide leadership and guidance in memory care programs - Ensure compliance with all regulations related to nursing home and long-term care facilities Experience: - Proven experience in a similar role within a healthcare or long-term care setting - Strong background in supervising staff and leading teams effectively - Proficiency in managing care plans, medication administration, and memory care programs - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to demonstrate financial acumen in budgeting and operational management Preferred Skills: - Experience in memory care programs and services - Knowledge of state regulations governing nursing homes and long-term care facilities - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams - Familiarity with medication administration procedures If you are a compassionate leader with a passion for providing exceptional care to residents in a nursing home environment, we invite you to apply for the Administrator position.
