Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Vice President. The ideal candidate will be adept at learning new computer software, data-driven, and possess strong organizational skills. This role requires a professional who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of company events and meetings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Learn and utilize new software and technologies as required.
• Manage and oversee various projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technologies.
