NTL provides state-of-the-art medical laboratory tests and related services in Midwest regions of the United States through our Central Laboratory and Processing Center.

Full-Time Billing Customer Service Assistant

· Provide timely and professional service to patients and clients via incoming calls.

· Receive incoming insurance calls.

-Insurance Verification/Eligibility

-Prior Authorization from Insurance Carrier

-Receiving and posting patient’s payments and Insurance.

-Scrutinizing denied claims for resubmission.

-Background in Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Health Insurance MCOs.

· Receiving and posting payments in NTL Laboratory’s billing system.

· Listen to patient concerns and questions while knowledgably and accurately confirming requests before proceeding to resolve billing issues.

· Work under limited supervision seeking assistance from supervisor as needed to resolve patient concerns. Other comprehensive administrative duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

MicroSoft Office

Knowledge of ICD 10 (Diagnostic Codes) desired

High School Diploma or Associates Degree

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Extensive Customer Service Assistant training will be provided.
