A large private developer is looking to fill a newly created senior marketing position. This position will be located in the company’s Charlotte office.

Position Title: Build-to-Rent Marketing Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BFR (Build-for-Rent) Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at promoting our BFR properties and attracting potential renters. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, particularly in the BFR sector, as well as expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the BFR sector.
• Analyze demographic data to target marketing efforts effectively.

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote BFR properties.
• Collaborate with the sales and development teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Content Creation and Management:

• Create compelling marketing content, including brochures, website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication across all channels.

Digital Marketing:

• Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Brand Management:

• Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
• Develop and maintain strong brand presence across all marketing channels.

Lead Generation and Nurturing:

• Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential renters.
• Manage and nurture leads through the marketing funnel to convert them into tenants.

Event Planning and Coordination:

• Organize and execute marketing events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate or BFR sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM software.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
