IT Quality Assurance Analyst jobs in Florida
IT Quality Assurance Analyst assists in the evaluation, testing, and validation of IT systems, services and /or software. Assesses service levels and product performance to ensure they meet established quality standards. Being an IT Quality Assurance Analyst documents issues and tracks status in designated systems. Develops or participates in the development of solutions to resolve problems. Additionally, IT Quality Assurance Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Typically reports to a manager. The IT Quality Assurance Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience writing test scripts based on acceptance criteria.
Experience with IBM Rational Functional Tester and IBM Performance Tester
Experience testing APIs/web services integration between applications
Experience running test scripts and documenting results, including documenting defects.
Experience participating in daily scrum meetings with users and developers to report and suggest resolutions to issues discovered during testing.
Experience operating within an Agile development methodology.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field preferred.
Key SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge/experience with Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN). Preferred
Knowledge/understanding Of FSFN Technical Architecture. Preferred
Experience using JIRA and Azure Dev Ops.
Experience using Rational ClearCase and ClearQuest.
Experience with Child Welfare applications and functionality.
