Quality Assurance Analyst (QA) is responsible for assessing the quality of the performance of our colleagues who deal with our existing and potential members. The QA will review inbound and outbound calls as well as member records to assess colleague’s demeanor, technical accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures. This individual will assist in continued development, creation and implementation of quality processes and procedures; as well as making recommendations for enhancements to training as needed to enhance the overall member experience. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have proficient knowledge of web-based tools and the Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Ability to use conventional office equipment (scanner, printer, copier, computer). Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving software. Excel mastery is preferred as demonstrated through pivot tables, macros, and other advanced functions.
