    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT infrastructure, operations, and strategy of the company. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team to ensure the smooth functioning of all IT systems.
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives in alignment with company objectives.
    • Manage and optimize the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
    • Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
    • Ensure the security of all IT systems and data, implementing best practices and protocols to mitigate risks and prevent unauthorized access.
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and requirements, and provide solutions and support accordingly.
    • Oversee the procurement and deployment of IT equipment and services, negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors as necessary.
    • Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT, continuously expanding knowledge and skills to drive innovation and excellence.
    • Design, implement, and maintain access control & surveillance systems
    • Assist with procurement and inventory/asset management of new and existing network hardware and software
    • Coordinate and assist with ITSM strategies, vendor management, and network design and development
    • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network-related issues and provide tier 2 and 3 support as needed
    • Maintain and mange users, permissions, policies, and groups in Active Directory
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, access points and wireless bridges.
    • Assist in the installation, configuration, patching and maintenance of Windows operating systems, workstations, peripherals and other related hardware and software
    • Configure, manage, deploy, and troubleshoot iOS and Android mobile devices with a Mobile Device Manager
    • Assist in the development and enforcement of IT documentation, policies and procedures
    • Deploy new or maintain the operability, performance, and security of network servers such as domain controllers, file/print servers, and SQL servers.
    • Manage and maintain cloud-based services such as Office 365 and other 3rd party applications
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience in IT management roles, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong technical background in systems administration, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute IT plans and initiatives that align with business goals.
    • Solid understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
    • Knowledge and experience In MS Active Directory Domain Services, Azure AD, MS SQL and VMware environments.
    • Advanced knowledge In desktop support and troubleshooting experience
    • Ability to stay organized and resilient In a high paced environment
    • Ability to manage and support small to medium scale projects with limited supervision
    • Experience In Mobile Device Management and troubleshooting with IOS and Android devices
    • Experience In managing and deploying new Access Control & Surveillance systems
     
    Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
    • Certifications such as Security , Network , CISSP, CCNA, PMP, or ITIL are preferred.
    • Familiarity in the Construction Industry
