Availability to work in office (this is NOT a remote opportunity).

Office hours of 8 am - 5 pm Arizona time.

Salary $65,000 - 80,000 based on experience.

Awesome optional flex schedule after 6 months that included a half work day every other Friday.

Who We Are Looking to Hire:

A Transactions Manager who demonstrates superior expertise and first-class service to our clients. As a Transactions Manager, you will be an essential leader of our trust accounting team.

THE ROLE:

• Processes and reviews transactions per clients request
• Manages transaction pipeline to ensure timely processing of team members
• Leads a small team and ensures all daily tasks are completed by end of day
• Improves and implements processes that create team efficiency
• Is an example of hard work and dedication
• Conducts research to resolve problems on accounts and follows through to ensure client satisfaction
• Manages department projects
• Implements changes to department policies and procedures as appropriate.
• Communicate daily via incoming calls and emails from clients with questions relating to establishing a self-directed retirement account, contributions, distributions, etc.
• Enter and manage sensitive client data into trust software to open retirement accounts. i.e. IRA, SEP, 401k, HSA.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients’ accounts through knowledge and expertise of the self-directed industry (we have our own internal training).
• Ability to work well with other team members and understand and take direction to assist the team.

REQUIREMENTS/CHARACTERISTICS:

• 3 years experience with IRAs, 401(k)s, or other retirement accounts
• 2 years experience in leading people
• 2 years in managing projects/pipeline
• Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• Strong customer service communication and relationship skills. (active listener, clear, honest, strong verbal and written communicator, and good note taking skills)
• Must exude highest attention to detail and accountability.
• Self-starter, ability to take initiative, strong problem-solving skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to prioritize, exceptional organizational skills, multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Ability to learn and retain industry specific information.
• Schedule reliability.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong computer skills
• Experience with:
• Dropbox Sign
• Microsoft Products: Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel (formulas, graphs, and tracking data)
• Knowledge in;
• Trust;
• Banking;
• Tax/accounting;
• Retirement accounts, such as IRAs and 401(k)s or other related fields.
