Salary: $62,000-$79,500

What You Will Do:

• Lead and Manage: Direct and coordinate production control, stockroom, receiving, and inventory activities.
• Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement strategies to meet customer and financial goals.
• Oversee Operations: Manage Job Order processes, kitting materials, receiving, and cycle counting.
• Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Maintain inventory for optimal asset management and production support.
• Drive Process Improvements: Recommend and implement workflow enhancements.
• Develop and Train Staff: Create and enforce standard work instructions and conduct training.
• Foster Relationships: Build positive relationships with executive staff, managers, and employees.
• Ensure Compliance: Adhere to company policies and promote safety practices.
• Conduct Performance Reviews: Complete regular performance evaluations.
• Lead by Example: Act professionally and suggest continuous improvement ideas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 4-5 years in production leadership, metal fabrication experience is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of kitting, receiving, stockroom, and production control; proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Leadership Competencies: Skilled in delegation, leadership, and staff development.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Self-Motivation: Ability to multi-task and make solid decisions in a fast-paced environment.
