Job Overview:
Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Planning and Inventory Control (PIC) Manager will lead, coach, and mentor the Planning and Warehouse teams. This position plays a key role in partnering with internal stakeholders as well as coordinating and optimizing production schedules to meet customer demands and ensuring efficient operations. This individual will collaborate with Sales, Supply Planning and Production to create capacity plans, ensure raw material availability, and drive inventory management to ensure on-time and in-full fulfillment of customer demands. This role has a significant impact on customer service and production activity and therefore the PIC Manager must be a creative thinker with sound decision making ability that acts with the customer in mind
