We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of a Inventory Control Clerk.

Role and Responsibilities

• Performs daily cycle counts and verification of material movement
• Validates inventory counts in Material Review Board (MRB) process
• Enters data for quantities of parts issued, transferred, relocated, inventory cycle counts and adjustments in database or spreadsheets
• Conducts system and document audits of various material movement processes
• Moves physical inventory, as necessary
• Tracks and analyzes various companywide related inventory issues or problems
• Reconciles inventory; movement or misplacement
• Conducts and provides inventory trend analysis identifying changes for process improvement
• Estimates reserves for slow or obsolete inventory
• Assists during inventory-related external audits
• Responsible for meeting ISO 9001 and/or other quality system requirements in their department
• May perform other duties as assigned

Education, Training and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 years or more experience in related field
• Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Email and written messaging with intermediate Excel knowledge
• Proficient English abilities required
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methods preferred
• Ability to follow documented procedures, standards and policies
• Excellent time-management skills
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment with general supervision

Working Conditions and Essential Abilities & Functions

• Warehouse environment (may not be climate-controlled)
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
• Frequent walking, twisting, stooping and crouching
• Frequent pushing/pulling of up to 20 lbs.
