- Assists in the coordination of resources, goods and equipment. Assists in bi-annual inventories. Responsible for receiving in all deliveries with over sight from the receiving clerk. Takes pictures of all parts and uploads into the CMS inventory system. Responsible for placement of inventory to correct bin locations or staging areas. Responsible for Parts area to be kept clean and dusted. Assists other areas of department when necessary. Matches loadings to the requirements of the work order sheet or other form for each job. Weighs and/or straps loaded product to document quantities shipped or returned & fills out appropriate records. Wears all required personal protective clothing and equipment that may be required to transfer the product in a manner that ensures maximum personal safety. Communicates with warehouse supervisor on any problems as they occur. Completes required paperwork per OSHA and DOT standards; ensures transportation vehicles meet DOT standards for HAZMAT. Performs various clean-up and housekeeping activities. Completes any other duties that may be assigned in order to complete the job. Other duties as assigned.
