Essential Job Functions:
- Identify and implement system and process improvements within the supply chain to enable overall business process improvement balancing customer service, inventory, and plant efficiencies
- Work with operations leaders to establish weekly schedules based on the planning for all product lines based on customer orders and capacities
- Adjust daily high volume key sku’s as needed to prevent stock outs
- Communicate schedule changes to all required associates
- Analyze inventory levels and product demands to determine reorder levels and safety stocks that will ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs
- Provide reporting to support that inventory levels are in line at distribution center
- Review and update all KPI targets and provide RCA on the missed items
- Develop, improve, and change reports as needed
- Effectively work with other departments, teams, and peers to solve problems and continuously improve
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field / or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years scheduling/inventory analysis experience
- Ability to read, write, analyze and interpret product information, production schedules, and other process documentation in English.
- Computer proficiency, specifically with SAP, CAMS, MS Office & Teams, ERP/MRP system
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when required (daily or weekly)
- Proven people skills required, must have ability to work with others while effectively handling internal pressures
- Experience with Product Development and understanding of product life cycles very strongly desired. (Preferred)
- APICS certification (Preferred)
