Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Identify, develop, and manage strategic relationships with on-premise and retail accounts throughout the state of Wisconsin and prioritize brand-building opportunities.
- Analyze and develop a pipeline of targeted on-premise and retail accounts.
- Work collaboratively with Ansay International team to penetrate retailer organizations by developing relationships with key influencers and decision-makers
- Conduct presentations and trainings to educate customers to effectively sell Ansay International products.
- Leverage account and market knowledge from distributors and retailers to prioritize and recommend promotions, incentives, product offers and pricing strategies that drive volume and distribution growth based on individual account needs and opportunities.
- Ensure best practices are conveyed and implemented in development of Bofferding sales and marketing processes to ensure competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction and brand distinction in market.
- Communicates with and takes direction from account personnel, management, and store personnel on a regular basis and reports problems in the proper timeframe
- Responsible for proper inventory and reorganizing back stock, refill cold boxes, shelves, displays and dust product as needed
- Maintains and submits required reports in a timely manner
- Maintains proper product rotation on all date sensitive products
- Additional duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales/distributor/importing
- Consumer Packaged Goods sales experience, preferably in the beer, wine, or liquor product categories.
- Proven retail and customer-solution based selling ability.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to be a self-starter and have the drive to work with a new start-up environment
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- High-energy team player with a positive attitude and a passion for product and company.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as necessary with car travel throughout the state of Wisconsin including overnight travel
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and satisfactory driving record required
- Work to obtain new customers.
- Execute active sales calls to a minimum of 50 accounts per week
- Customer Relationship Management tracking mechanism with activity pipeline, prospects, lead generation, and networking opportunities.
