The Opportunity
Pro Standard is a rapidly growing multi-category, multi-channel Sports Licensed brand with strong marketplace distinction. As our portfolio grows to include global rights across LatAm we are seeking US based director to organize and structure the global expansion efforts across geos. In this role, you will lead a team of country managers (each based in their home territory), with a focus on building local sales orgs, developing key retail partnerships and driving sales calendar and go-to-market strategies that are consumer-centric and market specific. You will work closely with the Executive Team to drive a profitable, scalable and sustainable model, tailored to each geo.
What You Will Do
You will provide leadership and support to your team of country managers, while cultivating and maintaining direct relationships with our strategic retail partners. You will be the US representative for the brand in all territories, providing leadership, training, support and guidance to our international sales teams. You will attend domestic product meetings, and provide feedback to ensure that the needs of your geos will be met through an appropriate seasonal offering. You will identify new lanes of opportunity through research and market analysis. You will travel abroad for meetings with key retailer, league and sales partners, and for marketplace groundwork.
You will collaborate with the Leadership team to plan, project, and manage sales targets by country, league, retailer, and category of business. You will participate in strategy and development meetings with Leadership and Sales teams. With your team, you will lead account specific strategies by brand and category of business. Through training, development and mentorship, you will cultivate the future organizational leaders across all international territories.
