Internal Communications Specialist jobs in Nevada

Tellworks, a growing 3PL provider, is launching a new facility and is seeking a motivated individual to join our team at the USA Parkway warehouse. 

The continued growth of Tellworks has created the need for associates ready to hit the ground running.  Our associates perform a range of duties including labeling and consolidating product accurately, picking and pulling cartons/boxes; placing materials on pallets or in staging areas and/or other applicable spaces within the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, and matching material documents to requested orders. Other duties may include labeling, cleaning, other maintenance duties, and special projects. 

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment for our associates including bathrooms, breakrooms, and offices. 
• May require vacuuming, sweeping, disinfecting, emptying trash receptacles, replacing liners, and refilling supplies in bathrooms/breakrooms.   
• Maintain a clean, orderly workstation, and return supplies to assigned locations at the end of each shift.  
• Ability to stand and walk for a full workday. 
• Performs all tasks in compliance with Tellworks safety and Compliance policies along with adhering to OSHA standards. 

Job Requirements 

• High School Diploma or Equivalent  
• Prefer 2-4 years of experience. 
• Consistently lift, standing, bending, and rotating motions 
• Must be able to read and write English. 
• Basic Mathematics Skills  
• Must be able to pass federal/state/local government and company required background checks, clearances and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Physical Demands 

• Must be able to move about the warehouse to access product, machinery and assist others. 
• Must be able to move and place cartons weighing up to 60 pounds.  
• Must be able to bend downward using legs at knee. 
• Must be able to communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself and exchange accurate information. 

Non-Physical Demands 

• Must be reliable and dedicated to good attendance. 
• Must be available to occasionally work overtime, as required. 
• Must be adaptable to changing work tasks and workload. 
• Must be dedicated to working safely. 
• Must be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service. 

Shift Schedule

1^st shift: Sun- Wed: 6:00am- 4:30pm

2^nd shift: Sun- Wed: 1:00pm- 11:30PM

3^rd shift: Wed- Sat: 6:00am- 4:30pm

4^th shift: Wed- Sat: 1:00PM- 11:30PM
