RESPONSIBILITIES

In Global Communications of Agricultural Solutions, we nurture and protect the brand and reputation of BASF in agriculture. Come, be a part of our Global Internal Communications team and join us to create inspiring communications.

• In your new role, you develop and implement global internal communication concepts, supporting BASF's and Agricultural Solutions strategy, vision and mission as well as global Agricultural Solutions’ transformation projects.
• You are responsible for leadership communication and supporting the internal communications of some global functional units.
• You are also an important part of the Employee Engagement Platform (future intranet) project and create compelling content for specific target groups and various internal communication formats.
• Additionally, you conceptualize and implement employee engagement campaigns as well as plan and organize global employee events such as townhall meetings.
• In order to evaluate the success of the internal communication activities, you define and track relevant KPIs.
• Last but not least, you liaise with the Agricultural Solutions internal communications community to create consistent messages and multiply the impact. You also collaborate with corporate communications to drive Agricultural Solutions topics in corporate internal media.

QUALIFICATIONS

• university degree in communication studies or design along with relevant working experience including project experience
• deep knowledge of PR and event management as well as experience in internal and external communication
• expertise in content creation and change management, consulting methods and creativity techniques
• convincing communication and presentation skills in English and German and familiar with MS-Office applications
