Responsibilities:

-Produce Project documents in Revit

-Respond to client’s questions and requests in a timely manner

-Coordinate with MEP and structural consultants

Qualifications:

-A minimum of 5-8 years of architectural experience in a production environment

-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited School of Architecture

-Registered Interior Architect or on track to become licensed

-Computer skills must include Revit proficiency

-Knowledge of effort and time require to produce drawings for presentation, zoning and contract documents

-Passion for building design

-Strong communication skills in both verbal and written form

-Must exhibit good inter-personal skills and diplomacy

-Rendering ability from Revit is a major plus

-Applied understanding of building systems and costs

-Understanding of building and accessibility codes

-Ability to solve technical issues

-Work samples that demonstrate your Revit experience is required.
