- Fuhrpark-Verwaltung, Raummanagement

- Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Instandhaltungs- und Prüfleistungen sowie das Leistungs- und Qualitätscontrolling von Eigen- sowie Fremdleistungen
- Überwachung der gesetzlichen Prüffristen und Vorgaben sowie des Gewährleistungs-, Mängel- und Schadensmanagements
- Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung für Regel- und Zusatzleistungen
- Ausschreibung, Vergabe, Überwachung, Abnahme und Koordination von Nachunternehmerleistungen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister / Techniker / Ingenieur (m/w/d) im Bereich Versorgungstechnik / Elektrotechnik / Sanitär-Heizung-Klima oder Facility Management.
- Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen Richtlinien (PVO, VOB etc.)
- Umfassende Erfahrungen in ähnlicher Funktion gesammelt, kaufmännische Kenntnisse und solides Kostenbewusstsein
- Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office Paket (Excel, Powerpoint)
