Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing all aspects of assigned properties
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests
- Assist in lease administration and renewals
- Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions
- Support the Property Manager in daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Experience in legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs
- Proficiency in OneSite or similar property management software
- Strong understanding of property management principles
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of office operations and procedures
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Understanding of facilities management practices
