Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have substantial career experience in the refinery, chemical or petrochemical industries, and be an expert in project management methodology, with a proven record of accomplishment of successfully and safely executing multi-discipline projects capitalized from $50,000 to $5 million plus, with multiple projects occurring simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Execute capital projects (CAPEX) from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Provide site supervision and coordination across multiple disciplines to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Utilize technical knowledge and expertise in piping systems to lead and manage projects effectively.
• Demonstrated experience with gated project execution procedures such as Front End Loading (FEL).
• Develop proposals and project plans, considering technical requirements, budget constraints, and client specifications.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the chemical industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of piping systems and experience with P&IDs, ISOs, and other piping deliverables.
• Proven track record in creating proposals and managing capital projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in site supervision and coordination of multiple disciplines.
