**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and contributing to the production of safe and effective pharmaceutical products.

**Responsibilities:**

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with SOPs.
• Perform in-process checks and quality tests to ensure product specifications are met.
• Document production activities accurately and maintain compliance with GMP.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving manufacturing issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Participate in equipment calibration and validation processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
