Instructor - Electrical Engineering teaches courses in the discipline area of electrical engineering. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being an Instructor - Electrical Engineering provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Instructor - Electrical Engineering typically reports to a department head. Has a Master's degree or is a PhD candidate in the applicable field. Has experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate level and possesses the qualifications to participate in research. The Lead Solar PV Electrical Engineer will manage a team comprised of engineers, drafters, designers, and/or technicians. A Team Leads primary responsibility will be the accurate, timely, and quality completion of Solar PV Electrical Engineering scopes assigned to the team. The Team Lead will assist in the development of the departments Standard Best Practices (SBPs) and enforcing/implementing them when pertinent. Team Leads will be a mentor and coach to employees on their team and help them grow individually as professionals.
