Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee key client construction projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership, managing resources, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetary constraints
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using B2W software to monitor progress
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs while adhering to company procedures
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating issues as needed
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Track project performance to analyze short and long-term goal achievement
• Manage Superintendent responsibilities and performance, ensuring project goals are met
• Coordinate subcontractor agreements and procurement, including material procurement and delivery schedules
• Resolve conflicts and implement effective problem-solving strategies to minimize disruptions
• Oversee project closeout activities, including final invoicing and documentation submission

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dry utility construction or a relevant industry
• Strong understanding of construction principles and processes, with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Bid2Win software is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass federal background check
• Demonstrated alignment with company core values, including a commitment to safety and quality

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically fit to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds
