The Branch Manager plays a vital role by managing all aspects and functions relating to flooring installation. One of the key responsibilities of the Branch manager is to work closely with the flooring installers. By working closely with the floor installers, the Branch manager will schedule jobs, conduct site inspections, offer issue resolution, and recruit for new flooring installers. The Branch manager should have a high level of customer skills and be extremely personable, as they will be responsible for developing relationships with customers and our vendors.
