Missoula Maintenance is seeking an On Call Maintenance/Grounds Technician for full or part time work. On call, after hours is required. This could also be a great second job for someone looking for extra income during the spring/summer. Requires valid Drivers License, reliable, and insured motorized vehicle to use during business hours. Skills needed in the following: General handyman repairs, grounds maintenance, light plumbing, cleanup. Will travel to various properties. Must be dependable and reliable, able to take direction and work independently to complete tasks in a timely and thorough manner. Must be able to provide good customer service to clients, work well with co-workers and management, represent the company in a positive manner, present a professional appearance. Requires ability to routinely lift 50-75 lbs. Flexible work schedule but on call will begin at 4pm to 7am daily.
