Inside Sales Representative is responsible for an assigned territory or portfolio of customers to target for remote sales development calls. Coordinates with field sales team members to understand customers' unique needs and potential sales opportunities. Being an Inside Sales Representative reaches out to customers to promote new and existing products and services, offer special discounts and promotions, or provide essential account management services. Selects appropriate product information to meet the needs of individual customers, support upselling, and achieve sales targets. Additionally, Inside Sales Representative develops connections with customers and may conduct field visits. May participate in sales efforts as part of a larger team. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Inside Sales Representative work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     What You'll Do : As an SDR, you'll be responsible for driving top-of-the-funnel lead generation, building relationships over the phone, and identifying new opportunities for our clients.

    Your day-to-day activities will include cold calling, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with decision-makers.

    What We're Looking For :

    Motivated individuals with excellent communication skills

    Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM systems

    Organized with excellent time management skills

    1 year of phone sales or business development experience preferred

    Permanent residency in one of the following states : FL, NJ, MA, PA, NC, SC, TX, GA, VA, OK, IA, WI, KS, MD, MI, MS, AL, IN, NH, RI, WV, VT

    Requirements :

    BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) with specific technical specifications

    Bilingual French / English or German / English is a plus

    Computer (16gb)

    Headset

    Stable WIFI
