The ideal candidate will hold extensive mechanical experience within the automotive or aerospace industries, be proficient in project management,

Industrial Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new production techniques, equipment, and technologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and root cause analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Design and implement fixtures, tooling, and automation systems to streamline manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve production issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and maximize resource utilization.
• Manage multiple engineering projects to support plant operations. These projects will range from process improvements to development and installation of new tooling.

Industrial Engineer Qualifications:

To be considered for the Industrial Engineer position, applicants should:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Previous experience in automotive manufacturing or related industry preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and drafting.
• Knowledge of TS 16949 quality system and ISO 9001.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
