    Schedule - Monday thru Friday 7am to 5pm; closed 6 major Holiday's.

    • Promotes mission, vision, and values of Intermountain Health, and abides by service behavior standards.
    • Communicate and model the values of Intermountain Health and MGPS through orientation, development, mentoring, performance feedback, leadership rounding and evaluation of associates.
    • Contributes to development and implementation of strategies to improve the Patient Contact Center work culture including comprehensive training and skill development. Works closely with the Patient Contact Center Manager. Builds and maintains positive and professional relationships with clinic managers and supervisors to ensure all needs are met and guidelines are being followed.
    • Display dependability and initiative in job performance by being prompt in completing tasks and helping others as needed or when called upon to do so.
    • Establish rapport with caregivers to develop and strengthen trust with the healthcare team.
    • Collaborates with centralized services team for interviewing staff within the departments. for staff.
    • Enroll caregivers in appropriate courses to ensure proper training is delivered.
    • Oversees training and onboarding for new caregivers.
    • Identifies deficiencies in skill set and competency and implements action plans to resolve. Assist in coordinating and leading department meetings.
    • Provides coaching and feedback to caregivers, addressing performance concerns.
    • Facilitates and documents annual performance reviews for each individual caregiver.
    • Ensures team is compliant with company standards, policies, and procedures.
    • Compliance with HIPAA regulations.
    • Manages quality assurance reviews with Patient Contact Center Leads to ensure the upmost patient centered care is delivered.
    • Plans and implements staff development activities.
    • Prepares work schedules.
    • Responsible for understanding metrics and KPIs; working towards departmental goals.
    • Required to act as a Patient Contact Center Specialist during peak times including all essential duties and responsibilities of a Patient Contact Center Specialist based on business need.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    EDUCATION

    Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

    Experience

    Required: Three (3) years call center or front/back-office experience in a health care organization is.

    Preferred: Two (2) year leadership/supervisory experience.
