Import/Export Clerk jobs in Hawaii

Would you like to play a key role in helping our Parts Management team track inventory? We are looking for a Clerk to assist our Servco Toyota Honolulu Parts Department with keeping an accurate record of inventory so we can continue to deliver great service to our retail customers and service department.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately enter parts inventory information into the inventory management system
• Process accounts payable invoices for payment in a timely manner
• Complete parts worksheets and logs
• Process credit memos
• File and perform other clerical support functions as needed

Requirements :

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Minimum two years of clerical work experience
• Accurate data entry skills including ten key by touch
• Beginner level Access, Word, and Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Work schedule : Monday - Friday from 8 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
