Talent Acquisition

• Lead recruitment processes and hire superior workforce.

Qualifications

Requirements

• 5 years of HR experience, including employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, safety, and training.
• Proven ability to manage employee relations and drive HR operations.
• Experience in the healthcare sector preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
