Human Resources Director plans and oversees human resources functional operations, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance. Administers human resources programs and policies to reflect the organization's mission and values, support company goals, achieve objectives, and positively engage the workforce. Being a Human Resources Director maintains broad and current subject matter knowledge and expertise in federal and state employment laws to advise leadership with solutions for human resources issues and evolving organizational needs. Implements an HRIS or other system to facilitate processes and provide data and reporting on HR activity. Additionally, Human Resources Director requires a bachelor's degree. The HR Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading all aspects of the human resources function within the organization focusing on both critical initiatives and day-to-day operations. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and procedures, recruitment and talent acquisition, employee integration plans for company acquisitions, employee relations, employee and leadership development, performance management, compensation, payroll, and benefits administration, and maintaining compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving workplace culture and supporting the company's strategic objectives. This position will strike a balance of driving long-term organizational goals and ensuring the well-being and engagement of our employee-owners and HR team.
This position leads a team and joins our Leadership Team reporting to our CFO. Our preference is for this position to be based out of the in office in the Boca Raton Area.
