Human Resources Director plans and oversees human resources functional operations, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, safety, and compliance. The Human Resources (HR) Director has both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping to plan and administer important functions such as staffing, recruitment, personnel policies, compensation and benefits. The HR Director oversees compliance of local, state, and federal regulations for HR.
Duties and Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Required Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related field. Will accept work equivalent.
Required 2 Years’ related experience
One of the following qualifications or higher-level preferred: SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR, or THRP certifications
