    We are currently seeking a HRIS Coordinator. The HRIS Coordinator's responsibilites will include:

    • Coordinate and monitor information entered into HRIS system including New Hires, job changes, wage changes, address updates, supervisor updates, performance review system administration, and other HR related actions.
    • Run a variety of reports, create basic reports or queries using HRIS reporting tools.
    • Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality.
    • Maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
    • Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches.
    • Administer time-off plans and provide customer service to our Associates inquiries.
    • Reset passwords and provide basic trouble shooting assistance for HRIS.
    • Provide clerical support for Total Rewards teams and work on projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Associates Degree in Human Resources, Business or Equivalent Work Experience
    • 1 - 2 years of professional Human Resource or Payroll Experience
    • Experience with UKG/Ulti-pro Software is preferred
