What You’ll Get to Do (detailed job description attached)- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Use your organization and time management skills to prioritize your day & tasks
- Full desk recruiting for 20% of open requisitions
- Oversee Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Learning Module System (LMS)
- Administer employee benefits
- Administer leave of absences, including FMLA
- Create and conduct trainings
- Assist with performance management
What We Will Do for YouWe will provide you exceptional training and support, the necessary tools needed to be successful and will provide you with competitive pay and outstanding benefits.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEBachelor degree and three plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination or education and experience. Valid driver’s license and are insurable.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS- We believe in investing in our team members' growth. FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, exempt position with a minimum starting rate of $60,800/annually with additional compensation based on direct experience beyond the minimum requirements.
- Example: Meet minimum requirements start at $60,800/annually; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $62,600; 5 additional years of direct experience $64,500, etc.
