HR Service Center Representative jobs in South Carolina

We are seeking a Highly Motivated Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our team!

Must be Flexible - Background checks will be done.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with tow truck operators to provide instructions on location of vehicles and other pertinent information
• Organizing the dispatch schedule to ensure that all tow trucks are staffed with qualified drivers on time
• Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, using proper telephone etiquette
• Dispatch service vehicles to customer locations in an efficient and timely manner
• Maintain updated knowledge of roadways, traffic conditions, and construction projects that may impact service times
• Keep customers updated on estimated arrival times of service vehicles
• Monitor service vehicles via GPS tracking system to ensure they remain on schedule
• Notify customers of any changes in estimated arrival time
• Resolve customer complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner
• Record all pertinent information from each call into company software

• Previous experience in Dispatching & customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Positive and professional demeanor
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong computer skills
• Flexible schedule and availability

4pm-12am

12am-8am
