Job Summary: The Financial Review Specialist is responsible for monitoring and ensuring proper follow-through of fiscal policies and contracts. Also participates in procedures to ensure proper internal controls.

Job Requirements:

• Five years experience in finance or related field
• Bachelor's Degree

Job Description:

1. Physician Contracts: Coordinates physician contracts and timesheet process and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
2. Financial Contracts: Develop and manage processes for approval of business components and terms of financial contracts.
3. Analysis
   1. Develop and monitor processes for coordination and education of policies and procedures related to proper organization internal controls. Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Prepare detailed reports on findings.
   2. Develop methods for fiscal analysis, conduct financial and quantitative analysis and monitor existing or proposed programs and services.
   3. Special projects as assigned.
4. GME responsibility
   1. Responsible for collecting resident data needed for cost reporting preparation to CMS
5. Other Duties
   1. Performs other duties as assigned or directed
