    HealthPro Heritage is seeking an HR Business Partner

    Supervisory Responsibility: Provides guidance, leadership or training to other internal employees (no direct supervison)

    Reports to: VP of HR

    Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Understand the overall organizational structure and make recommendations as business needs evolve.
    • Support HR initiatives and programs for respective business orgs.
    • Build and maintain solid relationships with management teams to design and integrate effective organizational design and people strategies, a diverse workforce and develop/retain top talent.
    • Execute talent management and development strategies to support organization’s growth.
    • Thoughtfully engage with employees on general queries about compensation, career frameworks, and internal mobility
    • Provide HR programmatic support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization
    • Manage and facilitate organizational design and development, leadership coaching, and team building that support change and growth
    • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
    • Manage and facilitate the overall People Review Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year
    • Integrate and partner with colleagues in the TA, Total Rewards, Compensation, Compliance and Legal to implement solutions and help scale the business
    • Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners, supporting employee relations issues as needed
    • Organizational Design - Collaborates with business leaders to interpret business needs and people priorities. Contributes to the design and/or integration of the holistic organizational plan (i.e., talent, structure, culture, process) for an assigned organization. Partners with business to monitor, execute, and continue to evolve and inform the design.
    • Strategic Talent Management - In partnership with other teams, design talent movement plans for critical roles and establish a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline. Identify strategies to influence talent development plans and programs and establish a roadmap to build capabilities by helping business leaders make decisions
    • Coach managers and leaders to facilitate organizational change and model our leadership principles and an inclusive environment.
    • Limited domestic travel
    • Standard work week/working hours
    • Work is performed in an office environment and while performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
    • Light to moderate lifting may be required

    • View, create, add, and modify all clinical and demographic protected health information.
    • Disclose clinical and/or demographic protected health information for the purpose of patient treatment, healthcare operations and/or payment for services.
    • Disclose all protected health information for any authorized purpose.

    The minimum necessary standard must be applied in all matters and shall continue privacy protection during non-working hours and after employment is no longer with the company.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field of study

    Minimum Years of Experinece: 10

    Work Experience With Human Resources With HRBP Experience Preferred
