We are looking for a professional and experienced cleaning dynamo to join our team. As a residential cleaner, you and your assistant will work to clean 6-8 units in multiple luxury apartment buildings daily. This approach reduces travel time and maximizes your income potential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned units, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and meet client expectations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any concerns or special requests.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in residential cleaning.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
• Recruit your own assistant.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday.
• Day shift, no weekends.

Compensation:

• Average with tips- $70-$90 per one hour clean for 2 person team.
• Bonus opportunities, increased base rate on performance, and tips.
