Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk activities
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenses, and revenue
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel needs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management
- Proficiency in hospitality management software systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Multilingual abilities are a plus

Pay: $46,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
