Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk activities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving guest issues and complaints promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control measures
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth operations across all hotel departments
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards and compliance with regulations
- Lead and motivate staff to provide outstanding service to guests
- Perform night audit duties as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and guest services best practices
- Ability to perform night audit tasks when required
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Experience in resort management is desirable

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
