Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and drive revenue growth.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and finances
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Train, supervise, and support staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the hotel
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Monitor and control expenses within budget guidelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel and attract guests

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in revenue management and financial analysis
- Multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and trends
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on guest relations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
