Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee our clinical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a deep understanding of various care settings, including acute care, home care, critical care, and hospice care.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement patient care programs and initiatives
- Oversee the development of individualized care plans
- Provide guidance on case management and patient monitoring
- Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Lead clinical staff in delivering high-quality care services

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Strong background in nursing with experience in acute care, home care, critical care, and hospice care
- Knowledge of physiology and patient monitoring techniques
- Proficiency in developing and implementing care plans
- Experience in case management and Medicare regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
