We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in the food and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, team management, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

27 RV hook ups
8 cabins
7 campsites
1 six bedroom home
- Manage and lead a team of staff members, including cooks, assistant managers, and banquet staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Supervise daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and customer service
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menus and maintain quality standards
- Oversee banquet events and ensure smooth execution
- Implement strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in the food industry or hospitality management
- Strong background in food preparation, safety, and supervising staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager is a plus
