Job Description
Business Value Consultants assist client stakeholders to understand and define their specific business challenges, and to help define the desired business outcomes of a RESPEC-delivered solution.
This position will liaise with roles across all DTS Programs including Billing, Advisory, Custom Development, and other areas as needed.
To ensure success as a RESPEC Business Value Consultant, candidates should have in-depth analysis and presentation skills with the ability to think dynamically about client problems and solutions.
Qualified candidates must possess excellent client relationship skills, experience with financial systems and terminology, and business process design skills.
