We use a scheduling system you will be given access to and be able to clock in/out right from an app on your phone. You will see all the details of jobs offered including pay, location, house details and next check in. All jobs must be completed between the hours of 10-4 pm, weekends are our busiest turnover days!

This is an independent contractor position, you will be responsible for your own supplies, equipment, insurance, and tax's.

Maintenance and Lawn Care - Short Term Rentals

Job Description:
We are looking for someone whom already works in the area doing similar tasks such as small repairs, lawn clean up and mowing. The homes may be occupied with renters when maintenance is needed and you would be expected to be courteous and respectful of guests while doing repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Small general home repairs
• Outdoor and grounds clean up
• Snow removal (winter seasons)
• Lawn mowing and maintenance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience
• Must have your own supplies and equipment.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and be somewhat on call.
• Must have business liability insurance.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Experience as a 1099 cleaning contractor is a plus

Note: As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for your own taxes and insurance. The company will provide you with a 1099 form at the end of the year for tax purposes. As an Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work independently. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while ensuring top-notch services.
