    Amazon Games is seeking a talented Head of Paid Media to join our Marketing team. This role will lead a team of Paid Media Managers and work closely with Growth Managers to plan and execute full-funnel global campaigns.

    The Paid Media team is responsible for driving awareness, delivering incremental players and re-engaging lapsed players through paid media.

    The ideal candidate knows the advertising ecosystem deeply and understands how to find success across the full funnel. The candidate is a strategic thinker that drives innovation, is experienced in project management, establishing processes, and can create impactful presentations through storytelling.

    Success in this role requires displaying strong leadership skills to set the strategy for the Paid Media team. You love data and are comfortable working with growth marketers, designers, product managers, and analysts to get things done.

    In addition to releasing New World, an MMO set on a supernatural continent in the Age of Exploration, and publishing Lost Ark, from acclaimed studio Smilegate RPG, we are working on new IPs from our studios and teams in the US, Canada, and Europe, along with other projects in varying stages of development.

    Key job responsibilities
    • Build, lead, and manage a team of high performing individuals
    • Develop and execute strategies and playbooks to achieve our campaigns goals
    • Develop processes, ways of working, work-back-schedules and all other critical steps in running a successful paid media team
    • Responsible for media buying across all digital and social platforms
    • Collaborate and build relationships with marketing and advertising teams across Amazon
    • Report campaign performance to leadership and a broad set of stakeholders
    • Leverage insights, learnings, and modeling to help determine the right channel mix and inform creative strategy
    • Drive innovation in paid media, challenging the status quo and come up with ideas that breakthrough in the saturate advertising space

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market.
