Reporting Structure:· The Ancillary Services Manager – DME will report to the VP of Operations.
ResponsibilitiesThe Ancillary Services Manager - DME works closely with Precision’s leadership team to oversee the organization’s operational strategies. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Oversee day-to-day operational workflows related to purchasing and inventory management of durable medical equipment (DME) and related items.
· Coordinate regularly with vendors to ensure Precision is getting the best prices on equipment and supplies.
· Coordinate with CFO to ensure profitability of all DME items.
· Coordinate with VP of Operations to draft and maintain policies and procedures related to the purchasing and inventory management of DME.
· Monitor revenue/collections for DME and related items to ensure Precision is getting appropriately reimbursed.
· Develop strategies to measure and monitor staff adherence to policies and procedures relating to the DME program.
· Partner with physicians and VP of Clinical Operations to introduce new inventory items.
· Ensure purchasing formularies are up-to-date.
· Participate in medical supply budget planning and management.
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:· Bachelor’s degree (strongly recommended but not required)
· At least 2 years’ relevant experience
Physical Requirements:· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
