The Vice President, Ancillary and Laboratory Services will provide leadership support for the ancillary and laboratory functions across all practice locations and dedicated imaging and laboratory locations while driviing initiatives consistent with the overall mission, vision, values and goals of Complete Health.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Operations and Support Services, the Vice President, Ancillary and Laboratory Services will develop and lead a team of imaging, pharmacy and laboratory leaders for the coordination and execution of inter-company services and attainment of identified key goals and performance indicators as identified by the executive leadership team and board of directors.
This position works closely with the medical, operations and value-based care leaders, as well as other identified leaders and key stakeholders to collaboratively integrate ancillary and laboratory services into our practices and throughout the organization and ensure overall performance and achievements of identified goals, rollout of company initiatives, performance optimization into Complete Health, providing project coordination support and operational process workflow and initiatives support across the organization.
This position will also have primary accountability for ensuring the achievement of budgeted goals and performenace metrics as outlined for each service line as well as identifying areas for improvement, standardization, optimization and growth, both organic and strategic and in fully supporting all efforts around ensuring our the success of a value-based care practice model.
