Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the clinical, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Monitor patient care activities to ensure quality and adherence to protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans
- Conduct regular meetings with clinical staff to provide updates, address concerns, and promote teamwork
- Oversee infection control measures to prevent the spread of infections within the facility
- Utilize electronic health record systems (such as NextGen) for documentation and patient management
- Conduct utilization reviews to optimize resource allocation and improve patient outcomes
- Provide guidance and support to the clinical staff in complex patient care situations
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in nursing practice
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role
- Strong clinical background, preferably in Obstetrics & Gynecology or a related field
- Experience administering injections and performing other clinical procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
